Senior Sales Support Administrator - £20,000 – £25,000 - Bath

SJC Recruitment is assisting our client in Bath to recruit for an experienced Financial Services Sales Administrator.

Objective
Your remit will be to effectively support our consultants through the provision of comprehensive and efficient technical administration support.


Skills
• Qualified to a minimum of FPC/CFP level
• A thorough understanding of the Financial Planning process
Good use of Microsoft office and ideally a working knowledge of 1st software.
Excellent Interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
proven planning and organisational skills required to balance demands of the role.
Exhibits a ‘can do’ and professional working attitude.
Ability to work within a pressurised environment and on own initiative
• Ability to work independently and within a team


Key Responsibilities

• Preparing recommendations; pre-advisory reports and suitability reports
• Acting as first point of contact for a designated group of clients
• Preparation of client review paperwork, including fund and product research.
To help identify suitable solutions or products to meet the clients needs
• Analysis of suitability of existing arrangements for HNW and corporate clients, including reviewing asset allocations and identification of opportunities
Obtaining key features documents, factsheets, illustrations and Exchange quotes.
Pre-complete all application forms with guidance notes where appropriate
Preparing authority letters, switch letters and encashment letters as required.
Liaising with Product Providers and Third Parties regarding any technical queries.

It is anticipated that this role will include the management of 4 administrators from July 2010. This additional responsibility for be initially for a one year period.
