Sales Executives - SWINDON, KENT, LONDON, MANCHESTER

£25-£32k doe, OTE £40-60k (uncapped commission scheme)

We are seeking, well presented, dynamic sales people to work for an award winning company, based in Swindon, with offices in Kent, Manchester and London. Our client has experienced successful growth and in 2009, turnover doubled.

You must be enthusiastic and motivated sales professionals to join this successful sales organisation. You will spend a maximum of three days in the office and two days out on the road. The teams are dedicated and hard working with a strong desire to earn commission. Our client who invests heavily in its people offers excellent career development opportunities leading to Team Leader, Account Manager and Regional Manager positions.
We are looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to develop new business by face to face meetings telephone. You will be expected to generate and close your own business, which will include lead sourcing activities, data management, sales planning and reporting. You will be responsible for the end to end sales process. You are very motivated to succeed, financially hungry, used to earning excellent levels of commission and business focused. With a proven track record of over delivery against sales targets you will have an excellent telephone manner and presentation skills coupled with a persuasive communication style.
