Sales Administrator – Retail Department
Number of Hours:
Full time (37.5 hours per week) plus additional time as required in order to perform duties.
Skills Required:
Working within a friendly sales-office environment, the post will involve responding to day-to-day sales enquiries, raising estimate requests, booking jobs into production and progressing work through the studio.
Ideally we are looking for an enthusiastic individual, capable of multi-tasking with strong administration skills and a good eye for detail.
Good communication skills are essential, along with a friendly and professional telephone manner as regular client contact will be required. Occasional client visits will be required, for which a company pool car will be provided.
The successful candidate will be capable of interacting with all departments, including the design studio, and will need to ensure all work is completed in time and to the required standard.
Good working levels of Windows, Excel and Access would also be an advantage. Experience of Tharsterns would be useful, but not necessary, as training will be given
Holidays:
26 Annual Days + 8 Statutory/Bank Holidays of which an allowance must be kept back for Christmas shutdown.
