Our client has recently established an in-house production group and is looking for a production co-ordinator to join its team
The production co-ordinator will provide direct lines of communication between all team members both in house and out of house. They will also deal with general client enquiries both internal and external, and will have access to all team members diaries to help with the general co-ordination of the team on a day to day basis. They will also be involved in administration required for:
New work proposals: - project research; develop production schedule; produce proposal; prepare client presentations
Pre-production: - Team Support; Manage freelance pool; contact with external resources; equipment co-ordination; organisation of special shoots; contractual arrangements; organising shoots (sourcing location, hotels, cars, flights etc)
Post-production: - Support crew; trouble-shooting
Project close off: - Final settlement; Archiving
Required Skills:
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
