Excellent opportunity for a graduate with at least 1 years experience to join this Corporate Clothing Company.
We are looking for candidates with at least 1 years commercial design
work experience within either fashion clothing or corporate ware
Duties will include:
? Organise, update & maintain design department archives for Fabrics / Trims (Findings) using approved suppliers
? Assist in the preparation & checking of design development specifications & the appropriate archiving of them
? Maintain the effective archiving of design development specifications & the linking codes to production specifications
? Ensure customer brief is clear and in writing for all projects.
? Ensure all work is correctly targeted to the customer, undertaking appropriate research and range planning first.
? Illustrate and develop appropriate Corporate-wear clothing collections/accessories in conjunction with design executives. Ensure all work is contemporary, well targeted and commercially aware, winning new contracts, maintaining existing accounts and contributing to the successful catalogue range development as part of the catalogue design team.
? Ensure all product development activity is profit related
? Ensure the company business strategy is supported throughout all activity.
? Consistently contribute to both profitable /commercial / innovative bespoke project work and catalogue development.
