Compliance Officer – Wiltshire - £30 - £35,000 + Pension + PHI + Other benefits
A compliance officer is required who is qualified AFPC or working towards this (G60 or JO4 and JO5 would be most useful) as well as have experience of working in the IFA sector preferably in a compliance role. You will need to be able to interpret and communicate the latest FSA requirements to the staff whilst remaining commercially minded. We are looking for someone who is strong enough to go out on a limb and be resolute when needs be, but who will help the sales process, not hinder it unnecessarily. They will have oversight over all business writing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain suitable systems and processes within the company to ensure the rules are adhered to. Excellent knowledge of TCF is essential.
