We are seeking Client Services Administrator to work for our customer in Melklsham
Working within a friendly office environment, the post will involve managing and responding to client enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
Ideally we are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with a good sense of humour and strong customer service skills, who is experienced in working within an account handling team.
Good communication skills are necessary, along with a friendly and professional telephone manner as regular client contact will be required. A good eye for detail is also required as proofreading is an essential part of this role.
The successful candidate will liaise with Booker, on a day to day basis regarding the production of all Retail Point of Sale items, and will be responsible for the upkeep of the Premier website in conjunction with the IT department. Responsibility for controlling clients’ competitions, including liaison with relevant suppliers and notification of competition winners, is also part of this role.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working with all departments, including the design studio, and will need to ensure all work is completed in time and to the required standard.
Good working levels of Windows, Excel and Access would also be an advantage. Experience of Tharstern would be useful, but not necessary, as training will be given
26 Annual Days + 8 Statutory/Bank Holidays of which an allowance must be kept back for Christmas shutdown.
There is a Company pension scheme, which will be available to staff after initial 3 months employment.
