Bid and Marketing Manager - Bath

We are seeking a Bid and Marketing Manager with drive and commitment to manage bids and proposals and to run our marketing initiatives mainly in the Defence, Transport and Energy Sectors.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Lead the development, generation, delivery and approval of robust, professional and considered bids and proposals.
• Manage proposal schedules in close co-operation with the Business Development team.
• Maintain an agreed Brand Image across the various target market sectors.
• Prepare and maintain marketing collateral including web based information (Capability Statements, Case Studies etc).
• Maintain currency of news and marketing items on the company website.
• Prepare and maintain a rolling schedule of marketing communication events and activities (external and internal) and take the lead in organising our activities.
• Liaise with relevant trade associations.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have experience of working as a Bid and Marketing Manager in a consulting business, with experience of the Defence, Transport or Energy markets. Candidates who lack the specific experience but have a genuine enthusiasm to work with clients to deliver improvements to the way their projects are managed and delivered will be considered
