MXP launches temp of the month scheme

MXP LAUNCHES TEMP OF THE MONTH SCHEME

Bristol-based MXP Recruitment has recently launched a Temp of the Month competition, aiming to recognize the very best temporary workers in the industrial sector.

Each month, clients of industrial recruitment experts MXP Recruitment will be asked to nominate workers who they feel have excelled in their field, whether through reliability, use of initiative or good old fashioned hard work. The nominations received are then considered by the team at MXP before the lucky temp worker notified and of course rewarded for their efforts!

August’s Temp of the Month has just been named as Danny Anstey from Bristol. Danny has been working as a temp for Burnt Tree Vehicle Solutions in Barton Hill, Bristol since January. Danny works as a valeter, ensuring that all hire vehicles are cleaned inside and out to a high standard, making sure they are ready for use by anyone needing to hire a vehicle from the popular company.

Danny will be allowed to choose from a selection of rewards courtesy of MXP Recruitment to thank him for his ongoing efforts within the workplace.

The Temp of the Month initiative has already proved popular, with positive feedback from many MXP clients who believe the idea will help to reward staff and motivate them to continue to excel within their roles.

MXP Recruitment focus on the placement of staff in the industrial sector, including drivers, warehouse staff, forklift operators, engineers, supply chain, cleaning staff, assembly operatives, food and general production workers and general labourers.

MXP Recruitment Senior Consultant Charlotte Davies commented, “We’re quite excited about the launch of our Temp of the Month scheme as it has given us the opportunity to reward those temps who continually work hard and do fantastic work for our clients. It also allows us to gain feedback about the workers we are supplying, and so far we’ve had a very positive response.”

“We will be continuing the scheme for the foreseeable future, to allow all of our hard-working temps the opportunity to be recognized for their efforts. Temporary workers are invaluable to many successful businesses, allowing them the flexibility they need to cope with the demand on their services. Our aim is to ensure that our clients are provided with quality staff when they are needed, and that these Temps get the recognition they deserve.”

“Danny is a very keen temp who works very hard. He is always flexible if employers have needed him to go in on his days off or if the work load has picked up, and always stays to ensure all of the work is finished. Danny gets on with everyone there and has settled in extremely well and has received good feedback from everyone working at Burnt Tree and the customers using them.”
