Our client in Newbury is current seeking Customer Service Executive paying £18,500. The role is to manage the customer order process (from order entry through to delivery and after sales customer service) and all associated activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout. You will be responsible for a large database where you will manage your own region and build strong relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for processing orders, raising returns/credits/debits and tracking orders. You will be required to have approx 4 weeks training in Llanberis (North Wales)- all expenses paid.
