Our client based on the outskirts of Swindon is looking for a call handler to join their successful team. You will be an experienced customer service advisor who understands the value of offering excellent custome service and can demonstrate this. The role will involve taking inbound calls from customers and qualifying their claim in relation to the Company guidelines. Esrablishing rapport with the customer over the phone and capturing informaton onto the inhouse database. Processing customer documentation including customer packs, registration packs, statements and rejections. You will also arrange collection of customer fees and follow up outstanding fees where required.
This role requires the successful individual to have an excellent telephone manner, be friendly responsive and approachable with a "can do" attitude. You will also enjoy working within a busy and varied team.
This role will involve working 2 nights a week until 6/7pm however you will come in later in the day and also you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
