Account Manager
Our client based in Swindon is looking for an Account Manager to join their highly successful team. You will be -
- fully accountable for the profitability and successful long-term development of their nominated Campaigns.
Working tactically and strategically with their clients the Account Manager will be responsible for meeting their objectives and ensuring these are briefed successfully into the Operational Team. They will need to be proactive in recognising growth potential within accounts and recommending effective ways forward for the client to ensure successful long-term, profitable relationships and good solid business growth for the Company.
The Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing and setting up new business as well as managing existing clients. They will need to be adept at grasping client requirements quickly and will able to recommend the most effective solutions to those. They will need to be able to manage the implementation and set up processes of a new campaign from end to end.
The Account Manager will need to work closely with Clients and internal operations alike to ensure that all deliverables are met. This will require ‘going the extra mile’ to ensure the job is done, and may require working outside of normal office hours.
