Our client based in Swindon is looking for an Assistant Manager to manage their leisure facilities. This role will be a multi faceted position encompassing working afor the General Manager and assisting with Marketing, HR, Financial and operational management support. You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the facility and supervising the operational team, organising staff rotas to ensure the facility is cost effective and run efficiently.
This is a fabulous opportunity if you have worked within retail or the leisure industry and have worked within a supervisory role.
