Retail Store Manager

£25000 DOE £5k bonus, share options and pension
Our established client on the outskirts of Swindon is looking for an experienced Store Manager to run it retail business.
You will ideally come from a retail managerial background with extensive experience of merchandising and consistently exceeding sales targets.
You will be a proven people manager, confident in decision making and reporting to senior mangers/directors.
You will be responsible for taking complete ownership of this retail business channel for its delivery towards the group objectives.
