Reporting to the Head of Retail Recruitment and Training, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of staff for on board ship positions within the retail division including daily data entry to update the website, organising and attending interviewing, scheduling and booking candidate training, sending out all the information with reference to both interviews and training/induction, chasing references and documentation.
IT literate with knowledge of MS Office, excellent keyboard and organisational skills, you will be a confident communicator with a good telephone manner, flexible and able to work to tight timeframes.
