For this role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be a Graduate or of Graduate calibre with at least 6 months experience in a Sales-focused environment. Target driven, committed and driven by success, the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have gained their experience in either a Recruitment Consultancy or Sales focused, targeted role. With a huge amount of drive this is a superb opportunity for the successful Sales person to catapult themselves into the Recruitment market and onto the Sales career ladder.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to develop business and supply skilled IT candidates to a range of clients. You will be responsible for the end to end process of qualifying leads, sales, fulfilling client’s requirements and managing the client relationship thereafter.
Candidates must have at least 1 years recruitment experience, you must be focused, driven and want to work in a target driven team environment.
