An opportunity has arisen to work in the Insight & Planning team within Marketing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and numeric individual who can develop and implement the company pricing strategy and provide a range of additional analytical support to the department
Reporting to the Insight & Planning Manager the role will involve
• Assisting with the development of the overall company pricing strategy, including competitive pricing analysis and detailed modelling of proposals
• Developing appropriate pricing promotion offers that support the departmental strategies
• Creating rate cards and promotional literature
• Working closely with MIS and processing departments to ensure the successful implementation of the pricing strategy
• Creating and delivering launch presentations and training sessions
• Dealing with all pricing related queries from Sales and non sales departments
• Analysing the success of pricing related activity and communicating this information to key stakeholders
• Providing analytical support to other areas of the team and department
Applicants should be confident in dealing with internal customers (across all levels of our business), numerate, organized and enjoy working in a team environment. Strong PC skills (particularly excel) are essential.
