We are looking for two legal secretaries to work in the intensive care unit of the insurance litigation department for our client. The fee earners in this unit deal with complex personal injury cases that are referred from other departments so the work is varied and interesting. Some of the cases can involve dealing with clients who require sensitive handling and so a professional telephone manner is essential.
Your duties will involve audio typing, filing and liasing closely with the fee earners and their clients. Flexibility is required, as you will need to help out others in the team when necessary.
Successful applicants will be organised team players with initiative, a professional manner and good PC skills. Personal injury experience is essential for this role. ILEX or equivalent secretarial qualifications are preferable but not essential.
The offices are close to temple meads station.
