You will be working with a small (but rapidly growing) startup team to enhance, improve and grow our family of websites. As a team leader, you will be working both independently and with cross-functional groups through the entire development cycle - from design through implementation. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining applications that must integrate well with the assets developed by designers and architects. Additional responsibilities will include mentoring and training Jr. Developers, writing technical specifications, requirements docs and troubleshooting existing code base.
