Our client based in West Swindon is looking for an IT Help desk Analyst to join their expanding team. You will be reporting to the Production support team leader and will be responsible for the first line management of the entire technical infrastructure. Ensuring that SLAs and performance targets are met and assuring the highest possible availability of all technical services. The role will be part of a 24 x 7 shift pattern responsible for the monitoring and management of this infrastructure. This role is paying up to £25,000pa + shift allowance
