This is a good opportunity, where you will gain exposure to a full generalist HR remit within a progressive, demanding and challenging role, offering excellent career development. You will initially be based in the Head Office reporting to the Group HR Manager. After approximately a year, you will move out into the business, gaining greater responsibility in an operational HR management role.
As HR Officer, you will provide generalist HR support to the Group functions primarily at Head Office. Your key activities will include supporting HR activities within the group and sectors, together with a variety of project work.
You will hold a business related degree and preferably be working towards CIPD qualification or equivalent. At least one year's practical HR experience is essential.
Frequent travel within the UK is part of the role and you will be able to demonstrate strong influencing skills, together with resilience, energy, flexibility and enthusiasm.
