Progressive HR Manager opportunity supporting a business area across an International arena, with an organisation that will truly support your continued personal and professional development. There will be international travel every quarter.
Working with the commercial senior management teams, you will deliver people solutions to support their respective business plans. Providing a proactive, informed and commercial generalist HR service and developing a focus on more strategic HR activity.
You will be a CIPD qualified HR professional with experience of working at a management level within a unionised environment, from any sector. With first class people skills, rounded HR expertise and strong commercial acumen, you will be ready for a move that will award greater autonomy and raise your profile. Self motivation, resilience, self discipline together with the energy, determination and commitment to work on your own initiative are essential, together with the ability to be work as an effective team player within the wider HR community.
