My client has a brand new role for someone to come in and formalise their HR strategy. We're looking for someone with CIPD qualification (or at the later stages of qualifying) The position would be stand alone so all the paperwork would need to be done as well as the interviewing etc so they are not looking for someone expecting the admin support available in a large HR department.
In summary you will manage a robust recruitment and retention function from initial advertising through initial selection interview, induction and training & development
