Team Manager

We are currently working with a fast growing Company within the Financial Services Industry who are looking for a Team Manager to join them at a time of rapid expansion.
You will be responsible for the following -
Delivering exceptional customer through leading a highly customer focused team, balancing people management and technical skills with the ability to achieve results.
Manage the team to effectively meet customer needs in resolving their complaints in a timely manner through performance management.
Promote the delivery of excellent customer service developing customer relationships
Inspire, motivate, coach and develop individual team members to achieve outstanding performance through personal leadership style and behaviours
Develop a culture of continuous improvement focused on enhancing end to end processes and customer experience.
Ensure team delivery complies with relevant customer cases and ensure delivery within agreed standards
Provide quick and appropriate responses to complex issues and complaints to support the delivery of excellent customer service
To be considered for this position you will have the following experience -
Experience of people management procedures and practices
Knowledge of financial services market place together with the appropriate rules and regulations, products, procedures & services
At least 3 years relevant, practical, motivational management experience - effectively leading a busy and varied team
Practical delivery of excellent customer service
Interfacing with customers and third parties to deliver results
Thinking outside the box and problem solving
Passionate about delivery and customer service
