My client is a financial company and they have anew opportunity for someone with financial services experience. They are a friendly company they offer 25 days holiday, pension, health insurance and discretionary bonus!
Responsibilities
• To process stock market contracts on a daily basis
• Highlight, investigate and rectify any discrepancies
• Maintain and reconcile client money cash books
• Settle stock market and unit trust bargains
• To reconcile internal stock records to outside providers, investigate and reconcile differences
• To process dividends and corporate events
• To cross train with colleagues to provide cover for absences and emergencies
Skills and Qualifications
• Investment Administration Qualification would be an advantage
• Previous experience in either a Financial or Accounting Institution
• An awareness of Financial Services Authority Compliance
• Sound level of ability in Word and Excel
• The ability to adhere to strict deadlines, to adhere to procedures and work as part of a team
• To maintain a high standard of accuracy and be a good problem solver
• Demonstrably numerate and literate
• Have ability to work on own initiative and in a flexible fashion
