Great opportunity to join a Client Services Team within a financial services company, as the initial client contact for the company.

You must have good attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Previous experience within the financial services industry, particularly client servicing is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls from Financial Advisors and clients.
  • Produce Management Information reports
  • Assist with issues on any potential cases
  • Provide support and training to the department
  • Assist with coaching of new starters
  • Contribute to continuous team improvement and activities
  • Ensure timely and thorough completion of personal improvement plans

Adaptability - Must be adaptable and a team player

Client Service – Must take responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty

Communication – Have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

Problem Solving – Have the ability to thoroughly and accurately identify and define a problem with a view to select the most appropriate action.
