SENIOR PLANNING MANAGER

Our specialist, construction industry client are currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Manager.
Reporting to the Ops Manager the ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in construction or engineering and be member of the CIOB and have a background in the building side of construction.
You will be responsible for the strategic planning in the company and for providing planning support for all projects; be able to prepare tender programmes, constructability statements demonstrating sequence, methodology and timescales.
You will also be responsible for the initial tender planning of all projects during the tender and pre-construction phases and ensuring the tender programme is fully co-ordinated, realistic and achievable.
Ideally, you will also have experience with Primavera and Powerproject MS Project and Excel & Word.
You will also be organised, be a team player, posses strong communication skills and be highly organised.
