Due to expansion, our niche, OCM manufacturers based near Chippenham are currently recruiting for a Production Manager.
The ideal candidate must have an engineering background, demonstrate a good understanding of complex products and be able to demonstrate effectiveness of production success.
With your strong man management and communication skills, you will be responsible for the production teams in ensuring the success of the products; including managing staffing levels to meet expected sales outputs, meeting customer delivery demands, liasing with other departments and ensuring the minimisation of waste of time and minerals.
