Booking / Customer Service
Working in a busy control centre of a well established vehicle management company, the successful candidate will join a dedicated and lively team of customer booking controllers.
This could be an ideal opportunity for someone from a retail background to make the move into an office environment. The position is varied and challenging and the environment is fun and sociable!
Duties to include:
-Handle incoming calls from clients which included reporting of accidents, breakdowns, windscreen replacements, service or tires needed. MOT renewals and car hire.
-Transfer this information, while on call onto the various computer screens as required. Using auto route, located garages near to client and booked the jobs that the respective vehicles needed.
-Liaise with the garages to advise what was needed.
-Make arrangements for collection and delivery of vehicle, and car hire if needed.
-Attain approval from fleet managers for vehicles due for disposal
-Email Fleet managers any information required on vehicle service history.
-Responsible for managing the VIP client’s stack which included checking that their vehicles were collected and returned back to them on time with the necessary repairs done.
All candidates should be capable of working under pressure in a busy team environment and possess good keyboard skills. In return, our client will offer a 13 week training scheme, career prospects and a nice working environment.
