Our client based on the outskirts of Swindon are looking for a number of candidates to join their busy customer service team. You will be an experienced customer service advisor who enjoys communicating over the phone and resolving customer queries to 100% satisfaction. You will be taking inbound calls from customers, inputting data onto the inhouse system and working towrds set KPI's and SLA's. You will be a confident individual who thrives working in a busy customer focused environment.
