To undertake account management responsibilities in order to achieve and develop new business opportunities, achieve income targets and maintain client satisfaction.
To take over existing account management responsibilities where possible
To manage the completion of large and complex tax returns (over £1m T/O) for an allocated number of corporate tax clients in the OMB sector. To manage and develop the team on a technical basis and with key skills. To monitor the chargeability and recoverability of the junior members of the team. To deliver the department budget by active leadership, business development and management.
