Great all round accounts role within established company based in Chippenham.
Job description / duties as follows:-
- Monitor completion of purchase ledger input and reconciliation
- Monitor completion of Sales Ledger and ensure statements are produced as necessary
- Profit reports
- Ensure bank reconciliation’s are processed daily
- Ensure all inter company accounts are processed in line with company policy
- In collaboration with departmental managers and Group Credit Controller ensure adequate provision for collecting money due from customers
- Ensure stock valuations are accurate and produced as directed
- Monitor valuation of all work in progress for reporting purposes
- Monitor the cost of sub contracted work for reporting purposes
- Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly and review any variances
- Produce management accounts in accordance with Company procedures and deadlines
