Accounts Administrator
Job Profile
A fantastic all rounder and highly organised individual is needed for our client based to the East of Bath.
If you have experience in Accounts administration, have excellent office skills and the ability to manage your own workload and think on your feet then, this role could be for you.
The duties involved are detailed below:-
Processing incoming registrations
Producing regular update reports for the account team and client with registration
status
Production and sending of confirmation emails and joining instructions to delegates
Raising Supplier Purchase Orders
Processing/tracking of sales invoices
Processing/tracking and payment of supplier invoices
Raising of Project Estimates to short deadlines and creation/supply of Resource
Purchase Orders
Processing/tracking of Client Purchase Orders
Tracking receipt of Client reports and providing project update sheets on a weekly
basis to Directors, highlighting all areas for attention/action
Stationery ordering and stock control
Liaison with a variety of Suppliers (including Freelancers, IT Support, Couriers,
Meeting Room Bookings etc)
General Filing
Assisting with a variety of ad-hoc projects from time to time as deemed necessary by
the Office Manager, including (but not exhaustive):-
. Assisting in the creation and implementation of new office systems
. Answering main office telephone extension
. Acting as office-based point of contact for Management team
. Completion of daily Attendance Register for Health & Safety purposes
. Assisting the Office Manager in the overall smooth running of the office
. Daily Server / Computer Back-up
This role is initially offered as a 6 month contract with the possibility of an extension to a permanent position in the future.
Due to the location of this company it is imperative you have your own transport.
