» Service Level Agreement

 Our relationship with clients is based upon mutual trust, respect and commitment.  Before we enter into a recruitment partnership with you, we will agree a mutually acceptable Service Level Agreement (SLA).  This will outline what both sides need to do to ensure the relationships is a success, including recruitment timescales, provision of management information and schedules for performance review meetings.

 

» Account Team

Having agreed an SLA we will then assign an Account Team. This will consist of a dedicated consultant supported by a back-up consultant and administrative staff.  They will be responsible for managing your business on both an operational and strategic level, continually seeking to identify areas where improvements and cost efficiencies can be made.

» Management Information

Our Corporate Accounts Team is able to deliver a number of reports and processes to help you manage your business.  For example:

  • response times
  • number of staff per cost centre
  • equal opportunity reporting
  • number of offers accepted to total candidates

Candidate Screening

Our aim is to select candidates who not only have the right technical skills but also the right personality & cultural fit, ensuring a seamless match from day one.

Our screening techniques are designed to guarantee the validity of a candidate’s skills and experience, giving you the peace of mind you need.

Step by step

  • skills assessment
  • language test (when applicable)
  • referencing (when appropriate)

After an initial telephone screening, our consultants interview all potential candidates using Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) techniques.  At the same time, we evaluate software, typing, selling & other skills using our bespoke testing system, Prove It!

Only when we are confident that candidates are of the highest calibre, comply with the necessary immigration/asylum requirements and in the case of temps, are fully references, do we register them on our database.

When you give us an assignment, we identify and select the candidates who most closely fit your requirements.
