» Service Level Agreement
Our relationship with clients is based upon mutual trust, respect and commitment. Before we enter into a recruitment partnership with you, we will agree a mutually acceptable Service Level Agreement (SLA). This will outline what both sides need to do to ensure the relationships is a success, including recruitment timescales, provision of management information and schedules for performance review meetings.
» Account Team
Having agreed an SLA we will then assign an Account Team. This will consist of a dedicated consultant supported by a back-up consultant and administrative staff. After an initial telephone screening, our consultants interview all potential candidates using Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) techniques. At the same time, we evaluate software, typing, selling & other skills using our bespoke testing system, Prove It!
Only when we are confident that candidates are of the highest calibre, comply with the necessary immigration/asylum requirements and in the case of temps, are fully references, do we register them on our database.
