A world renowned cosmetics brand is moving to Bath and has an opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join its team.
You will be responsible for
• Agreeing individual sales targets and managing performance against these targets
• Coaching and developing the sales team to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques
• Motivating the team to maximise the potential of Company sales initiatives.
• Implement and monitor systems
• ensuring stores are able to maximise their profit potential
• Ensure the store is open for trade at designated times and team cover is optimized at all times
We are looking for a strong determined candidate who is full of enthusiasm. You must have come from a retails background who every it is not necessary it is from cosmetics.
The store is looking to open next month so we need to get people in place now !!!
