Showroom Manager - Central Bristol - £16k (£21k OTE)

This company now have 3 showrooms situated in Bristol, Cheltenham & Swindon. They have an established client base and have been trading for 25 years. They sell & advise on Apple systems, printers & scanners and sell in excess of 1 million pounds of Apple products per year.
This position has come from expansion of our field sales team and the promotion of their existing Showroom Manager. A full induction/training schedule will be provided to the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will have good retail sales experience and have a proven sales track record, showing career development from retail sales to retail sales/management. They will have an interest in IT.

This position is both a sales & management combines role. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving a 48k gross profit sales target and for the day to day management of their newly refurbished Bristol showroom. The management duties are those often associated with a retail sales environment and include .....
1. Managing the team staff rota to ensure staff cover is in place 7 days a week.
2. Ensuring company procedures are followed for all processes.
3. Managing & reporting stock checks on a weekly basis.
4. Cashing up and balancing a simple till and ePOS system.
5. Showroom stock levels and stock transfers.
6. Ensuring the showroom is clean & tidy, with products displayed correctly.
7. Dealing with customer complaints or disputes.
8. Reporting temporary staff hours, sickness & holiday.

Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
