Working a building society in central Bath you will have good customer service experience and have a head for figures.
This role is to provide quality customer service and promote the Society's savings and mortgage products. In addition identify opportunities to achieve other branch objectives, particularly financial service opportunities.
The person:
A sales background would be beneficial, ideally working in financial services.
A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. CLAIT qualification preferable.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work not only on own initiative, but also as part of a team.
Experience of and/or motivated to working to targets.
Ability to assimilate information, in order to establish needs.
Saturdays are minimum of 2 per month (8.45 - 12.15) and are paid on top of the basic wage ( approx £37 per Saturday)
Hours of work in the week are 8.45 - 5.15
