Chef De Partie - £14 - £16k Full Time
A hotel establishment based in North Bristol our looking to recruit a Chef De Partie to assist, and deputies for, the Head Chef in ensuring the ordering, receiving, costing, preparation, presentation, control and profitability of food to the standard specified by the Head Chef.
Main Duties:
Deputising for the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the fulfillment of running a successful Kitchen.
Assisting the Head Chef with the supervising and training of personnel.
Control of ordering and storage of food supplies.
Preparation and presentation of food.
Assisting Head Chef with effective Kitchen management.
