Due to the success and growth of this professional accountancy recruiter, the role of Trainee Consultant has arisen.
Working as part of a small, growing team based in fantastic offices you will be offered full corporate training and support within your new role.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 12 months business to business sales experience within a professional environment, or ideally 12 months recruitment experience.
Placing financial and accounts professionals throughout the Thames Valley on typical salaries of £20k - £45k you will have the opportunity to develop your own market and develop new accounts.
This is initially a pure business development role, therefore, excellent sales skills are required. Once your client base has been built, you will then account manage them and develop them further alongside new business wins.
