Resourcer/Account Manager
Due to SJC Recruitments success in 2007, we are looking to recruit a Resourcer/Account Manager to support the Sales Consultants within the Swindon branch.
SJC Recruitment provide a very flexible approach to recruitment and with this in mind this role could apply to both candidates that are looking for full time (40 hours a week) or part time hours (25 hours a week).
The role will involve the following responsibilities –
· Searching on Internet job boards for candidates with certain skill sets in line with current job opportunities
· Resourcing candidates through internet and traditional marketing methods
· Supporting the Sales Consultants with matching on outstanding vacancies
· Maintaining a strong understanding of client requirements in relation to candidate expectations
· Registering candidates face to face to understand employment expectations
· Adding relevant data to the SJC internal database
· Account Managing a number of selected client accounts
· Attending some client meetings with an assigned Consultant
This job role will suit someone that has excellent attention to detail, enjoys administration and telephone work and perhaps has worked in Recruitment previously however no longer wants the sales element of the role.
You will be able to give examples of where you have offered excellent customer service, worked in a fast paced environment, have shown your flair for attention to detail and explain your current PC skills
This role will have KPI’s set which will work towards bonus payments being paid upon them being achieved.
