Due to team expansion, the opportunity for an experienced IT recruiter has arisen to join a fast paced, sales driven company with an excellent commission structure and the potential to work in a Principal Consultant or Team Leader role within 6 months.
Joining a team of established consultants, you will be joining a leading independent European recruitment business with plans to expand further throughout the UK in the next 2 years, therefore, the scope to set up new offices is available.
Suitable candidates must have a minimum of 12 months IT recruitment experience running a perm desk, be competitive, highly motivated and driven to succeed within a fast paced, rewarding industry.
As well as the basic salary, you will be offered uncapped commission, company holiday, car and lunch targets and investors in people accredited training.
