In - House Recruiter- Thornbury - £25- £28k pa
This company are seeking to employ an In House Recruiter with at least 3 years of managing high volume recruitment. Co-ordination & facilitation of induction programmes would also be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a professional and effective recruitment service for all areas within the business.
Advise line managers and employees on Company policies, procedures and precedants, including current employment law, ensure equitable and fair treatment.
To counsel and coach managers whilst giving guidance to ensure that they maintain company standards.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of stable staff relations by monitoring the application of HR policies and procedures to ensure that they applied consistently and fairly.
Maintain HR records and statistical information
Assist managers in identifying training needs for staff
This role will focus largely on recruitment/induction programme, especially in the first 6 months but also to include employer relations etc.
MUST BE CIPD Qualified to apply.
Hours are 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
