We are looking to appoint an experienced direct marketing manager to lead the development of a strategy to substantially grow the Charity’s income from individual supporters.
The post holder will be responsible for managing a team of 7 staff who in turn are responsible for delivering donor acquisition, upgrade and retention campaigns, database support, payroll giving, managing our Especially for You funds and also legacy marketing and administration.
Growing long-term sustainable income streams from individuals and investing in legacy marketing represent key elements of the charities future fundraising strategy. As an early task the post holder will be expected to develop a supporter care strategy for the charity as a whole.
You will have proven success in direct marketing and working with databases, gained either in the corporate or charity sectors, and ideally experience of legacy marketing, plus excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead and develop a team and develop and deliver against a long-term strategy.
