Client Solutions Representative - Central Bristol - £16.5-18k pa
My client is an elite marketing services and CRM company who work with some of the world's most demanding and dynamic clients.
The purpose of the Client Solutions Representative is ....
- to build and clean mission-critical contact data for their clients
- to manage the event process from start to finish; sending out initial invitations to clients, stimulating prospect interest, getting them there on the day and then following up for further feedback
- to generate leads by telephone, by qualifying, engaging and satisfying their clients prospects
- to understand corporate structures so that they can provide their clients with intelligence that in turn allows them to effectively target their products & services
Key Accountabilities are ...
- to nurture clients prospects and convert them into solid leads
- to listen carefully to the business needs being expressed by the client, ensure that actions are always followed up
Employee Specification ....
- rapport building by telephone is a key skill within this post as is the need for high results-orientation
The right person must:
- possess excellent communication skills, be able to put across complex offerings to senior level decision makers. It is vital that their clients' prospects have a clear understanding of the benefits of a particular service or solution
- have an understanding of European cultural differences and their impact on the communication process
- have demonstrably good organisational skills
- handle different projects requiring different skills on a daily basis
- assimilate new information quickly, adapt to changing priorities and absorb the company culture
- tenacity, be able to tolerate rejection from clients and not take it personally
- work on own initiative
They are looking to recruit someone who can potentially become a Project Manager after 3-6 months.
Dress Code is smart casual dress most of the time; i.e. no jeans, t-shirts or trainers but there may be occasions where you will be visiting clients so business dress at these times is a must.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30
