Associate – Property – South West
A well respected law firm in the South West has identified the need for an Associate Solicitor to join the property finance team.
With current experience acting for banks, developers and investors; you will be knowledgeable in the area of secured lending, property development, and property investment.
Working within the national property team for high profile clients the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues is essential. Demonstrable business development skills would be required.
The ideal candidate will have the above experience coupled with a motivating and encouraging nature. The role will require the incumbent to to assist in the development of the team in providing excellent client service.
