Our client in Swindon requires a Third line Support Engineer.
Primary Objectives:
· To assist the Technical Solutions Manager in the analysis of problems and finding solutions
· Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time
· A quick learner and be able to assimilate new techniques and knowledge quickly
· Be adaptable to change and work well under pressure to meet specific deadlines
· Work well within a small team environment
Key Tasks:
· Working with a number of different technologies such as networking, SQL Windows GUI applications, IIS and web-based applications
· Analysing problems and finding solutions under pressure
· Be adaptable to work on multiple projects at the same time
· Developing skills to assist in performing the tasks set.
Key Skills
· MS Visual C++ SQL
· An understanding of Networking and communications. An understanding of Windows Operating systems
