Our client is looking for a knowledgable IT Support Analyst to support the IT Director and Manager.
You will be assigned tasks to be completed on a daily basis, analysing problems and creating solutions for software bugs. You will be supporting business functions and end users and modifying exsiting systems in response to business requirements.
You must be able to understand and have knowledge of SQL, including Transact-SQL and SQL Server. The company work within a windows environment. You must also have knowledge of web based applications and XML. Your skills must range from analysis and decision making, to problem solving and motivation to tackle difficult/complex tasks within a tight deadline.
You must be organised and diligent, able to work in a team and able to work under pressure. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You must be educated to degree level or equivalent.
