A Bath based firm is looking for a new IT support analyst due to internal promotion. The company is a fast growing one and this vacancy is available immediately though the company will wait for the right applicant if notice is required. The company is in the finance sector.
You will be responsible for:
- Completing tasks assigned by the IT projects manager on a daily basis
- Problem analyst and creating solutions for software bugs
- Supporting business functions and end users
- Modifying existing systems in response to changeing business requirements
The knowledge and qualifications you'll need:
- Degree or equivalent
- Understanding of regional databases
- SQL including Transact-SQL
- SQL server, reporting services and DTS
- Working on a windows environment
- Working to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Web based applications and XML
