To support the Account Management team by providing first line communication link to field personnel for all operational issues, validating field activities and information according to client specification.
KEY DUTIES OF THE POST:
1. Production and analysis of reports and spreadsheets for management team.
2. Investigate and resolve any queries raised by field, office and management team.
3. Investigation of and response to all report queries.
4. Management of field performance monitoring.
5. Generate “ineffective calls” reports to the specified format for the management team.
6. Maintain channel database ensuring all content is accurate and produce reports from it as and when required.
7. Maintain equipment log ensuring all data is current.
8. Production of specific office reports by specified deadline.
9. Upon request conduct telephone audits of recent field activities from a pre-set brief.
10. Understand and carry out action points from project plans within specified timeframe.
11. Attend activity briefings and participate in field based promotions upon request, to enhance and develop practical field marketing skills.
12. Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to team meetings and team tasks.
13. Other duties as required.
